About Reiki
Reiki translates to Rei - Ki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy.
It is a gentle yet powerful healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century and is now shared around the world to support balance, relaxation and wellbeing.
Whether received through gentle touch in person or as a Distance Reiki session from the comfort of your own home, Reiki works with energy to help release tension, calm the nervous system and create space for healing, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. It can help you reconnect with yourself, realign with your path and return to your truth.
It may sound a little woo-woo, but my experience has shown me the quiet magic of healing and I lean into it with full faith.
This is your one precious life. You deserve to know yourself deeply, to stand in your sovereignty and to feel free enough to walk your own path.

What to Expect
Whether you visit me at The Cabin or choose a live Distance Reiki session from the comfort of your own home, each session begins with time to slow down and settle. We’ll gently explore what’s been present for you, creating space for conversation, reflection and intention before moving into your Reiki treatment.
During an in-person session, you’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, while I gently place my hands on or just above different areas of the body, allowing energy to flow where it’s needed. For Distance Reiki, you’ll simply relax in a comfortable space at home as I guide and support you throughout the session.
Many people experience warmth, deep rest, or a meditative state, whilst others simply enjoy a quiet pause. After your treatment, we’ll reconnect to reflect on your experience before you continue with your day feeling more grounded, restored and connected to yourself.
