About Reiki

Reiki translates to Rei - Ki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy.

It is a gentle yet powerful healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century and is now shared around the world to support balance, relaxation and wellbeing.

Through light touch or hands held just above the body, I work with energy to help release tension, calm the nervous system and create space for healing; supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki can help you retune and realign with your path, guiding you back to truth and a deeper connection with yourself.

It may sound woo-woo, but my experience has shown me the magic in healing and I lean in with full faith.

This is your one precious life. You deserve to know yourself deeply, to stand in your sovereignty and to feel free enough to walk your own path.

What to Expect

You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, in a calm and nurturing space. I will gently place my hands on or just above different areas of the body, allowing energy to flow where it’s needed.

Many people experience warmth, deep rest, or a meditative state whilst others simply enjoy a quiet pause. There’s nothing you need to do; Reiki meets you exactly where you are.
